We may use the information you provide to contact you in future with any workshops, events or resources which you may be interested in.

· Relationship to child (if engaging in a 1:1 programme)
· Children’s Personal Details (if engaging in a 1:1 programme)
· Financial Details (for payment of services)
· Email address – if you have requested to be added to our mailing list or to engage in contact for which we have obtained prior consent from you
We will always ensure that we only collect information which we require to deliver the relevant service to you and for which you have given us prior consent.
STRIVE NI will never sell your information to third parties.
How will we use your personal information?
We can assure you that we will only use your data for the purposes for which it was collected and offered by you. This will include to add you to our mailing list, to deliver our programmes or workshops and to enable us to liaise with you while engaging with us. If there are concerns raised regarding any potential risk to a child or other individual, then we are legally obliged to pass this information on to the relevant agency (e.g. PSNI, Social Services etc).
Please contact us via our website or email (info@striveni.co.uk) should you wish for us to delete the information we have obtained from you or if you no longer wish to receive any correspondence from us.
